The legal basis for processing of Your personal data may be:

  • Consent given by visitors of Rose de Mai website, which allows the collection for clearly stated purpose. The consent may be withdrawn at any point by sending an e-mail of the corresponding content to info@rosedemaibags.com or by sending a letter to the stated address.

  • Conclusion and execution of an agreement

  • Legitimate interest of Rose de Mai – for marketing and analytical purposes. Our legitimate interest is based on Your wishes so that we could adjust better our offer and eventually offer products and services which suit Your needs and wishes better.

Delivery of products ordered at online store

Personal data of contact person for delivery, i.e. name and surname, address of the delivery and phone number which we obtained from You by the confirmation of the order, are shared with our logistic partners (Post express, Post export or Fedex) in order to prepare products from Your order and deliver them to the address according to your request. Business partners are authorized to use these data and contact You exclusively for the purpose of the delivery of individual parcels.

4. Payment at online store

The data from Your credit and debit cards, which you enter in order to make the payment at our online store are not accepted and processed at our systems. The processing occurs at the systems and technical and under legal responsibility of our partner for online payments (Banca Intesa), and we just get the information on the transaction status.

Rose de Mai never gets in touch with comprehensive data on Your payment card.

The form for entrance of payment data is secured by SSL transport code of the greatest reliability.

Security of the data in purchase is guaranteed by our partners for online payment by having the complete payment process taking place at the pages of Banca Intesa. Not for a moment the data on payment card are available to our system.

In the event of returning the goods within 14 days from the day of purchase and for whatever reason, Rose de Mai is obliged to refund the payment exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina card. The refund is done exclusively via panels of Banca Intesa.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Rose de Mai uses processors for the collection and processing of Your personal data. All data processors engaged by Rose de Mai process only Your personal data in accordance with Rose de Mai instructions and are legally bound to adhere to strict safety procedures in handling personal data.

Shipping and returns


Lokalne pošiljke na teritoriji Srbije

Rose de Mai sarađuje sa Post Express kurirskom službom. Vreme slanja od trenutka kada je narudžbina izrađena je između jednog i dva dana. Rok izrade je 14 dana. Troškove dostave snosi mušterija, ukoliko nije istaknuto ili dogovoreno drugačije. Rose de Mai nije u PDV sistemu.

Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD).Za
informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na našem sajtu.

U slučaju vraćanja robe i povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, Rose de Mai je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex i Dina metoda plaćanja, što znači da će banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.




Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.



Expected delivery time is between 7-14 business days. For UK deliveries we have partnered with DHL and Fedex. VAT 20% will be charged by the UK government and Rose de Mai is not responsible for it. Expected customs duty for you to pay before clearing the parcel is normally 2%. This may vary and Rose de Mai is not responsible for the percentage of import duties. Import duties may vary and are exclusively depended on the customs regulations of UK.


Expected delivery time is between 7-14 business days. For USA deliveries we have partnered with DHL and Fedex. Expected customs duty for you to pay before clearing the parcel are 8%-14%. This may vary and Rose de Mai is not responsible for the percentage of import duties. Import duties may vary from state to state and are exclusively depended on the customs regulations of USA.

EU (EU and non-EU countries)

If you are ordering from Europe, VAT tax will not be included in the prices you see at the checkout. Depending on the country you are ordering from, additional cost for VAT will range 17%-27% of the total price. If you are ordering from Switzerland, VAT will be around 8%. Any kind of payment on the side of the recipient, related to import of Fedex parcels, depend exclusively on the customs and other regulations of the country where the package is exported. After placing your order you will get a tracking number and will be able to track your parcel. Expected delivery time is up to 7-14 working days.


If you are placing an order from Australia, you can expect additional import cost to be 10% (VAT), there are no custom duties on orders bellow AUD1000.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your order tracking ID.

Transparency when it comes to any kind of costs that may arise on your side is one of our priorities.

International Duties/Taxes Information


Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin/manufacturing of the goods purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes may vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government and Rose de Mai is not responsible for any fees that may arise as a result of customs and tax regulations in the country of destination. Please check the customs and tax regulations in the country where you receive the shipment before ordering.

In international postal traffic, there are expected transfer times for parcels. Expected transfer times do not include the day of the reception of the parcel, non-working days of the reception and delivering operators, time of detaining the item at customs, non-working holidays of the reception and delivering operators. Super+ego shop is not responsible for any delays after the parcel has been given to the chosen delivery service.


Return & Refund Policy

Not happy with our product? No problem!

 In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected or you simply chose the wrong color, we are happy to return or exchange unworn, unaltered items within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to return an item please contact info@rosedemaibags.com. Someone from our team will respond to you within 48 hours. Rose de Mai is obliged to refund the payment exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina card. The refund is done exclusively via panels of Banca Intesa.

Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Fedex), as Rose de Mai cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will be able to issue your refund within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.

A signature and proof of identity are required on delivery of all orders, at which point the customer will then be responsible for the goods. Any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of delivery fulfillment and therefore responsibility is transferred from that moment.

If you do not receive your order, and it is returned directly to Rose de Mai, you will be contacted to organize re-shipment. The additional shipping cost to resend the order, will not be covered by Rose de Mai and will require payment. If you do not wish to organize re-delivery of the order, the initial shipping fee (or what was originally free shipping) will not be refunded plus an additional return post charge reflecting our standard shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.

All orders are subject to quality control checks and review, prior to shipment by our packing team. If your order is damaged, or if there is an item missing from your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, quoting your order number.

If the package appears damaged or opened upon receiving your order, do not accept or open the package. *If you do accept the package, notify Rose de Mai customer care team immediately. The packaging must be kept for further verification and may be requested to resolve any disputes (photographic evidence can be supplied). * If you do not accept the package, and the order is returned directly to Rose de Mai, you will be contacted to organize re-shipment, pending confirmation, the order has been quality checked.
